WHAT IF I HAVE PETS?
Phantom products are not designed to restrict pets from entering or exiting, and are not intended to provide security of objects, animals, or persons inside your dwelling. The primary function of a Phantom Screen is to administer protection from invasive outdoor insects while preserving the look of your door or window. The design, however, diminishes the possibility of damage if a pet accidentally impacts the mesh material.

WHAT TYPE OF MAINENANCE IS REQUIRED?
Screens should be retracted into their protective storage housing when not in use.
By doing this, you will protect the screen from the outdoor elements--not too mention
this is why you bought a Phantom Screen, so that it doesn't hide the look of the door when
not in use!

The bottom track should be kept clean and free of debris by using a broom, cloth or vacuum. Also, be sure to spray the track periodically with a dry silicone product supplied by the technician at the time of installation.

CAN THE SCREENS BE LOCKED?
Yes. However, the Phantom Screen is NOT designed to restrict passage, it's #1 job is to
keep those pesky bugs out.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY?
Phantom Manufacturing offers a limited lifetime warranty to the orignial purchaser, excluding the mesh material on both the Phantom door and Serene window products. The Executive motorized screen has a similar warranty, except for the motor which is covered for five years. Warranty information will be given to you at the time of installation.
